All sales are final at our store. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if you wish to exchange an item that has not been worn, used, or opened, or is proven faulty with media proof, we will gladly issue an exchange. Once it has been confirmed that your item meets the requirements stated above, we will proceed with processing your exchange.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
